Hot 8 Brass Band
Bywater CDC initiated Hot 8 Brass Band Photo Project and awarded a $2500 grant to the Dinerral Shavers Education Fund, a fund established in memory of Dinerral Shavers to benefit the cause of music education in New Orleans.
